In individual coaching, we explore where you currently stand professionally, what opportunities are available to you, and which next steps make sense.

  • Clarifying what you want to change and why

  • Skills analysis: your professional competencies and opportunities in the current job market

  • Entering the German job market with an international educational or professional background – as a certified intercultural trainer, this is an area I particularly enjoy supporting you with

  • Developing your professional profile and communicating it convincingly

  • Navigating personal challenges and developing new perspectives

 

We can work in German, English or Polish – and if you have an intercultural background, we can consciously integrate this perspective into our work. Your international experience can be a valuable resource for your career path. Available in Berlin or online, also with AVGS funding.

  • Preparing for job interviews – including practical exercises

  • Salary negotiations and employment contract questions

 

In German, English and Polish – including multilingual coaching if you want to prepare your application documents or job interviews in more than one language at the same time. Online or in Berlin. Also available with AVGS funding.
