This blog is created thanks to the people I work with—out of the joy my work brings me and the gratitude I feel for everyone I have the chance to meet through it.

It has grown out of many hours of one-on-one coaching and workshops I’ve led over the past years as a career and business coach, as well as from my encounters with hundreds of people whom I’ve had the privilege to accompany in their search for meaning, fulfillment, and courage.

Courage to start again

The courage to end what leads to exhaustion or frustration—whether it’s a job that burns you out or a long-term lack of professional stability caused by unemployment, migration, motherhood, or other life circumstances; the courage to start again, and sometimes to find your place in the job market for the very first time—a place that can feel unfamiliar and make you feel like you don’t quite belong; and sometimes the courage to build something of your own—a job or a business that finally becomes a source of satisfaction.

Questions that stay

Your questions, concerns, and doubts don’t disappear when our work together endsthey come back to me and continue to resonate. This blog is also the result of that reflection that stays with me after our encounters. Some of you may recognize yourselves in certain stories, questions, or themes.

No magic tricks

I don’t believe in magic tricks or promises like “you can do anything if you just believe you can.” What interests me is real agencythe kind that grows out of self-reflection, an honest look at your situation, and a true recognition of your own resources, possibilities, needs, and desires. I believe that real change requires space, time, courage, and a willingness to make decisions that are not always easy.

Work that gives freedom

In my work, I draw on the philosophy of New Work, which sees work as a space of freedom and responsibility, not just an economic necessity. It’s not about a traditional nine-to-five job, but about work in a broader senseas something you actively shape and create for your own life, and for the lives of those who matter to you, as well as for the quality of that life.

Discover the meaning of work

This blog is a space where I share reflections and insights from my work. If you find yourself questioning the meaning of your work, the direction of your career, or how to create more satisfaction and room for growth within ityou’re in the right place. And if you feel you might need support, feel free to reach out – we may also meet in a coaching conversation.
